WesTrac Newcastle — Local services in Newcastle-Maitland

Was really dissapointed. We were there for over an hour and were only after a few things. Once he had taken an hour to place an order for 10 things we were told to wait half an hour to an hour (we had informed them we had little time). We were only able to make it to 1 of the 4 other places we needed to visit thanks to the time wasted. We came back an hour later for our things (paid for in advance) and he had missed 4 filters. Very unhappy. We now wont be able to have pur boat fixed in time to be back before my grandmothers surgery. Thanks for the service. If i could have gotten my parts elsewhere...

Keep hiding my comments,mate was sacked for “stealing” he knew it was his leading hand he couldn’t prove it year later they sacked the leading hand for stealing but mate was left with nothing,his Mental health hasn’t been the same...

Wet weather outer entry door to parts interpreters was closed and directed by a sign to use inside sliding glass door entry, however that also didn't operate, stood there like a goose for 15 mins until a storeperson rang a interpreter...
