Port Lincoln Airport — Local services in North Shields

Despite being small, this airport has such friendly staff (including security Peter and Tim). It also has a cafe AND working desks with charging. If they add free wifi then this small regional airport is literally better than most I've been to.

Not sure if relevant given it was Qantas but Brooke who works there as the operations manager is an absolute champion and helped us rebook flights. We had an issue with checking in but she was a great communicator and helped us get to a great outcome.

I hope if someone reads this they pass on the kind message that the staff working here are great...

Situated about 15 mins car ride from the town centre this rural airport is very welcoming and professional. All staff have a friendly smile and cheerful demeanour. Exit security is taken very seriously using a modern full body scan plus a luggage x-ray machine. There is no air bridge, so you walk onto the tarmac and dress accordingly. Courtesy umbrellas...

One of the smaller airports in Australia. Parking looked super easily and plenty of spaces. Staff here was super fantastic and need a pay raise. Gift shop is at the back of cafe. Cafe had the best Toastie I have had in a long time. However, they might need to update their information area for visitors....
