Prani Glow Day Spa — Local services in Northern Victoria Region

Booked a weekend in Daylesford for my husband and I. Paid Half in advance for a facial and massage with Prani glow. Not cheap (nearly $200 deposit) Dan Andrews announced a three day shut down when our booking was to be. I went straight to the salon as we still had a days grace before lockdown to try and have the services we paid for. A sign was on the door saying ‘do not knock treatment in progress’ with a number to call instead. I called that number and left two messages throughout the day to try and bring our booking forward but no one returned my calls. Still to this day over a week later no one has called me. I get an email that night stating they will offer a credit. I emailed back explaining that we live hours away and this was a once off weekend and that a credit would not be used. I asked for a refund but was denied. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would. Another couple we ran into that weekend also had the same issues with this company.

Add on response: fabricating that we ran in to a couple???? Perhaps you may want to look at your bookings for clients that stayed at Clifton at Hepburn that same weekend that had bookings with you at 5pm. Do not accuse me of lying!!! They also were refused a refund!!

Secondly, asking for a refund politely is hardly ‘aggressive behaviour’ happy to post communication if you’d like to to go down that track.

Prani Glow gave us an absolutely transcendent experience. My husband and I booked a joint massage, foot treatment and facial for our 20th anniversary while staying in Hepburn Springs. Leda and the team gave us the most relaxing time of our entire life together, showing care, attentiveness and skill throughout our two hour treatment. Both of our therapists showed intuition when it came to areas that needed extra attention and as someone who gets remedial treatments for a chronic health condition fortnightly, I was so impressed with Leda's communication and in her application of correct pressure throughout the massage. The team were all friendly professionals, the building is beautiful, well laid out and has a soul, unlike the usual modern whitewashed clinics. My Husband was not sure what to expect, having never done anything like this before, and he left extremely relaxed, saying that he was incredibly comfortable and at ease throughout the experience. We both felt transported to another plane of existence by this appointment. I could not recommend a visit to this Day Spa any higher, and can't wait to visit again on our next stay in...

I had the most incredible glow pregnancy spa package with the add on of a facial treatment over the weekend.

Normally the facial comes with a infrared blanket but they kindly exchanged this for a mini foot scrub, as infrared is not pregnancy safe.

I literally have nothing but wonderful things to say.

Firstly the setting is relaxing, clean and the music is calming.

The bed used for the treatment incorporated my 33 week pregnancy bump without any issue when I was lying face down. They also made sure my head was elevated when I needed to turn to face up, so avoided that horrible sick feeling you get late in pregnancy when lying down.

The therapist was lovely. I was so blissed out for the majority of the treatment that I was in a lovely meditation like state.

The facial was different from what I am used to, it incorporated facial massage as well as rollers. I throughoughly enjoyed it.

I would definitely recommend this place to any...
