It does what it says. Not a bowler myself. When there for a staff get together. Too loud. If you went there to bowl or skate or get cool and eat a decent meal, goodo. If you go for a chat or spend time with friends, be prepared to have to shout and no understand what someone is saying. Could be better if the music kicked after 6 pm or such but for me, an afternoon with friends ended up being less than pleasant. Read moreTerrible reception. Asked for the kids entries for 3 kids clearly standing next to us and got back arrogantly ( theses are only for kids!) We noted it and proceeded to organise skating and lazer tag. My 3 yr old was petrified once the skates went on so I asked if I could change it to bowling and was met with an abrupt response as you can't change it!. Could have been a little more considerate to the situation. It's a family centre and not very family...

We arrived at 9pm at the bowling alley thinking we were going to play a game as the bowling alley closed at 10pm, as indicated on the website. The staff were playing their own game, there was no one at reception. After seeing us for 10 minutes, the only thing Sunil told us was to "leave", without any explanation or even the slightest courtesy, all the while laughing amongst themselves.
