I came for the military history and was not disappointed. Club has several ex-military items of interest in the front yard: Screw from Oberon class submarine. Torpedo 21in Mk23 Mod1 (wire guided) AA No.383, possibly from Oberon class submarine. AC14 pattern anchor weighing 27-8-0-14 No.2511 manufactured 1959 by WS Co, deployed on River class destroyer escort HMAS Torrens. British MkXIV (Aust.) moored contact mine, 11-horn (in 2-5-4 configuration) all missing, 2 hemispheres with equatorial band, base plate & attachments, black, on 45deg angle in frame (west of anchor). We used the club for my Dad's 70th Birthday bash and our expectations were exceeded. Ronnie and her team put on an incredible feast and catered for vegetarians too with more than just side salads as some places would, and they even put a cheese board before main meals and fruit platter after! We were welcomed early to be able to figure out the AV system for our photo slidehsow and music, and all the staff and volunteers we absolutely amazing to us. I couldn't fault them and will happily use the club again in future for large gatherings. Thank you for helping ensure Dad's birthday celebration went off...

Spacious carpark, awesome meals, clean amenities, a beautifully maintained dance area, and a fantastic ambience. It is a great place for families with a lovely and safe outdoor area for the little ones to burn off energy. I would highly recommend Rockingham Naval Club, and I am definitely going back for...
