Each step up the grade reveals another distant peak or views of the balconies which surround Mt William to the north, west, and south. Beautiful escarpments rising from the valleys, and a huge drop to the eastern plains overlooking Halls Gap and to the distant wind farms. The round trip should take about 90 mins. The views are breathtaking at the top, and even better on the way down. Be aware the hike can be challenging depending on your fitness level.
