Noon at 30'C is not the time to try to push an unfit overweight body carrying a 10kg rucksack up a 1.7km climb. Nearly gave up. Thought i was gonna throw up at several points. Heat stress and exhaustion. While plenty of folk skipped past in flip flops! Not a hard walk at all, just steps kill a person with short legs. View was ok. But not 'worth it' given it was a load of ex forest now made into dull farmland. Was prob fab for Aboriginal owners 200yrs back but not so much now. Nevermind 'move fast and break stuff' i advocate 'move slow and see stuff'. A benefit of being exceedingly slow was I saw alot more. Snake, 4 lizards, various birds etc. As they arent scared by the stomping feet :-) And DO NOT LEAVE LOO ROLL ANYWHERE! If you feel like giving up halfway, feel free. I wouldnt say it...

It’s a 2.2km hike one way, so 4.4km return trip. Class 4 walking trail finished with class 5 up to the platform. I am not an active person but I could do it. You only have to use your hands at the last climb and there are hand rails and supports everywhere. I did not struggle. The views are amazing but it was extremely busy. Lots of children. One person up and one person down at a time. There was a cue of 30 people. A bit disappointed with the amount of rubbish as well. The park grounds had beautiful facilities and parking is a credit card machine. $15 day pass per vehicle. The bush land is beautiful. I would do it again but maybe not during...

one of the best things of our trip thus far. With a newborn strapped to my husbands chest we did it in 1hr 45 min at a somewhat fast pace but we seen people of all ages and abilities doing the walk. there are 2 lookouts. one which requires bouldering and the other that is accessible via the path. I was a bit scared doing the boulders but it’s honestly not to bad. My husband came up with our bub strapped to his chest and she loved it. I had to pump myself up to do it but it’s worth it. the only thing was the number of huge trees that have been cut down was sad and we weren’t sure why? if it was just to...
