Comfortable shoes are essential, plenty of water & snacks. Need to take your time as the walk is very challenging in parts, walking sticks are handy. Bit unkept in places/track isn’t always visible due to the plants covering the track in quite a few places. At the top it appears vandals have destroyed 3 posts that guide you along the track.
