We stayed in Port Hedland for the staircase to the moon and we were so happy we did. We were very worried as it was cloudy but thank goodness while the moon was rising the clouds moved. This is an amazing phenomenon that’s unreal! It’s very emotional looking at it and it lasts for a long time actually so stay and admire this awesome beauty, this is the best place to view it.

It's good to see how many ships are anchored waiting to come into port. We saw 17 but we're told that there were about 60 and we could not see them all from there Good view of beach and...
