The farm wasn't that bad. We travelled all the way from Brisbane to visit this farm (2.5 hours of drive); the tickets were not cheap, and it was so confusing in regards to the payment we had to make after picking apples. There was nothing included in the ticket as one would assume, and it's not either made clear while the bag distribution that you've to pay for everything you pick up and it's compulsory. We had 4 bags and had to clarify with the owner, who was initially very unhappy, and we think that the way could've been a bit more polite while dealing with your constumers. He agreed to keep the good apples from our two bags, but the whole time he spoke about money. We were disappointed by the dealing of the owner, but what can we do. Apples are definitely good quality, but if you pay for tickets and on top of the bags- they are more expensive than many other nearby farms or local shops or even the supermarkets. Also, we tried calling them around 20 times to inform that we are running late- no answer at all on the given number.
As a suggestion: Atleast 1kg apples should be included in the tickets/booking. And a better customer service would enhance your...
ย ย ย Read moreGreat apples but the tickets next year need to explicitly say picked apples are extra if you want to take them home. The ticket description is so confusing to some. It say the ticket includes entry, picking and tasting. Then the bottom says picked or purchased. Just say all apples picked during your experience are charged extra and are not included in the ticket. We paid the ticket then spent more on the apples we picked and could have got the same ones down the road cheaper. Even overheard other people saying the same thing confused.

ย ย ย Read moreI think they are not very transparent about cost, as mentioned here with other reviews. It costs $20 (April 2025) to go into the orchard and have a look around and you can also pick your own apples that you must pay for per kilo($5 per kilo if under 5kg, $4 per kilo if over 5kg). On the sign, it says nothing about costing $20 to enter the orchard, you're greeted with the surprise after waiting in line. But costing $20 to work for your apples is nuts. But I waited in the car for the wife to pick her apples, no way im paying $50 to pick 2 kilo of apples, as I didn't want to pick the apples, but I wasn't allowed to go in unless I paid. Apples does taste good, give it...
