I had a consultation & womb cleanse with the gorgeous Szelmis last yr after another miscarriage. I knew I needed more support both physically & mentally recovering, I just wasn't sure what that looked like but as I'd been journeying with Ayurveda already over the yrs I intuitively felt there would be something there for me. Well fast forward to now & I still feel incredibly grateful & blessed that I went in for that consultation. The cleanse cracked me completely open & I thought l'd gone pretty deep on my healing path before but this blew my world apart in the most magical way. My first month of cleansing, my body physically purged hard although I felt so supported in the safe container Szelmis had created. I had a lot come up on an emotional level also & having Shirodhara & Kati Basti treatments alongside my cleanse was an absolute game changer in supporting & nourishing me. After the first cleanse I noticed more clarity, my menstrual cycle regulate with almost no period pain (something that would be frequent) I felt my vitality return, the depressive episodes lift & my nervous system calm also (I was in a very survival mode prior) Throughout the next months I worked through old traumas & was able to let go of so much that was stored in my body. I loved how the herbs were so supportive & cocooning to go to very sensitive areas of healing. I really enjoyed my nights yoni steaming as it brought me back into my body ~ allowing me to love myself deeper, feeling connected to my womb & most importantly to me SAFE in my womb space. Which leads me to my most beautiful blessing of now making it past the first trimester in pregnancy after 3 losses, feeling safe to be a mother & ohh so connected to my body, womb & baby. I met Szelmis at Sisterhood rising a few years ago and absolutely love all her products from skincare, teas, yoni steaming herb mix and natural incense. All products are of exceptional quality with lots of love mixed into them.

Receiving a treatment from Szelmis herself was divine. The warm oils that were massage into my skin along with hot stones felt so luxurious it really helped me fall into a deep sense of relaxation. I felt like a goddess. A beautiful finishing touch to my 1.5hr relaxation session was the singing bowl, a card picked from a deck with a message and a refreshing tea, which I then bought a pack of.
