Waterhall IGA South Guildford — Local services in South Guildford

Well stocked + friendly staff ... i do majority of shopping here, except for afew odd things they dont stock.

Only negative i've come across so far - is lettuce already in plastic bags, ready to collect ... which often means water at bottom of bag for a long time + outside leaves of lettuce already gone rotten when i buy it.

Have been meaning to mention it to store manager, as he is a friendly + approachable person - whenever i shop, i am always in a rush, so haven't had time to tell them in person.

[EDIT] : glad that you have stopped stocking 1kg polony knobs, and gone back to stocking 500g knobs.

[EDIT #2] : still not liking the lettuce. Had to throw out a whole lettuce i bought recently, as was mouldy to the core + 500ml of...

Fantastic new IGA, very clean, neat & tidy. Management are eager to tailor to the local patrons and have been very responsive to feedback, suggestions and product requests. If you want something don't be afraid to ask. They are also regularly sourcing new fine products and canvassing the community for feedback. Please support our local IGA they couldn't be doing anything more to meet our needs. Good...

Decent stock however on three separate visits and we have purchased Fresh Strawberries that were rotten, a loaf of fresh bread that was stale, and today a bag of salad mix that was spoiled and had bugs in it. For my New Years resolution, I won't be buying anything from their fresh...
