Only stayed 2 nights as a stopover, but enjoyed our stay. The gentleman in reception gave us sone ideas of things to do on our free day and one was the best place to go for a chance to see a Cassowary, and he was correct. The park is small but tidy, the amenities were very clean and looked after. Despite being near the highway, we slept well with not a lot of traffic noise.

We enjoyed our stay (7 nights), on a powered site with ensuite. Relatively quiet location with easy access and close proximity to shop & services. Welcoming staff helpful and friendly. All amenities were clean and of a good standard. The park should be busier as Innesfail and surrounds has much to offer👍

Nice and tidy, great facilities. Managers friendly and helpful. A little bit more space between the slab and garden bed on our passenger side would have been good to fit the 3x3 gazebo in better was fine.

Tourist Park from hell. Owner, the man, risked mine and my TODDLERS safety. He was without a doubt, ill-intentioned towards us going as far as turning off the pool filter just half an hour after we arrived and only turned it back on days later when another family who had 3 children, and was in a higher paying cabin compared to our powered camp sites, and turning it back on as we were packing up, and the other children were beginning to play outside, and close to the pool. He risked our safety as him and his wife did not like us right from the first call I made prior to booking in, by jot having the pool filter on for days, and perhaps to cut costs. His wife asked very intrusive questions right from the first call to me around the fact that I'm a single mother, and that I'm travelling with my toddler without a partner or anyone with me, and the thing that seemed to annoy both of them the most was the fact that I didn't have a car. I cannot drive due to ptsd around driving due to a fatal car accident that I was in as a child. I ma glad that some of the innisfail community assured me that my personal life was none of their business and that i am a paying custoner just like everyone else. The man sprayed some very potent spray on the toads however he sprayed it all around us in large amounts as we were eating dinner in the BBQ area, making it impossible to continue eating there and I had trouble breathing the entire night, he also sprayed right near our tent when we were going to sleep. It was absolutely horrible. The woman couldn't care less when I tried to stop her in her buggy to ask if she could help me determine if my daughter had been bitten by a snake, my daughter was within a metre of me however I know snakes can attack very quickly and I was worried that I missed something. She just said they have tree snakes in the area, didn't even bother to have a look, kept trying to drive off. My daughter cried at the top of her lungs for about half an hour after whatever made the mark on her neck, and they both couldn't care less.i was never acknowledged, or provided any customer service whatsoever. The camp power point kept sparking as I charged my phone the last day, and zapped my phone, leaving my phone unrepairable, as determined by a phone shop I later took my phone. I tried a different powerpoint in the camping PowerPoint and there was something stuck in there causing it to spark also. I am lucky to not have been shocked. I went to the man and asked for some help, he refused for me to make any calls or use a computer or internet. I then let him know why I was asking for help, as I was being kind and not wanting to confront them that it was their fault, because I knew it would be an embarassing situation for them and awkward for me. When I told him, without no hesiation or thought, he said that we need to leave right then and there. I said we were paid up until 10am, he was trying to kick us out at 7am, I have a little child! The Innisfail community joined together that korning and made sure we had breakfast, a way safely out of Innisfail as he called all the hotels in Innisfail that morning and told them not to let me stay as I was told very clearly and by this man as he not only asked me to leave their Park, he told me I need to leave the town all together, that I was not going to be helped, he lied to me and said everywhere was closed, saying I needed to go immediately. I was truly terrified at what length this couple could go to... Even if it meant putting a childs life on the line. We have an infectious rash on our bodies stil, and we are having it monitored and reported to higher authorities. I never though the most scariest travel danger I would come across would be 2 very ill intentioned big 4 Tourist park owners. An investigation from big 4 is also under the way, as well as the authorities. It is apparent that the mna is involved in some sort of town syndicate, eliminating and making it impossible for people they don't like to stay in the town. And to the point of...
