29/07/25. Excellent, very accommodating and understanding. They have excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place for all your cake needs.The ladies were amazing however the Warehouse have lied to the girls and told them that they dispatched my order yesterday which shows on their end , They only dispatched it today which is an urgent order and I paid express shipping so therefore I am extremely upset and disgusted with the system of the Warehouse. I hope I receive my order by tomorrow the latest as this is not acceptable. Customer Service are amazing, but unfortunately Warehouse needs to sort Their dispatching out. This has put extra stress on me to complete my clients order. I put my order through between 9.30am-10am on the 28/07/25 and I also paid for express post . I have been here about 6 times and 5 out of the 6 times the main lady who works there gives me mad attitude for no reason, speaks down to me and treats me like I'm dirt. This morning I went there to pick up my order and another lady (no name tag) older lady appears to be Australian treated me like garbage. Rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed at me when she couldn't locate my account like it was my problem? This is disgusting customer service and if you hate your job just as much or if you don't like serving customers then just leave the job. You make the whole shop look bad and you have lost a customer who always buys in bulk . Drove 45mins to go there. Was motivated by a voucher from the Entertainment Book and their very professional looking website. Staff were helpful and friendly but constantly taking phone calls and very hesitant to come out from behind the desk to help. Store was unorganised, items not well price tagged and had lots of brands with minimal stock/varieties in each. Half party shop/half cake store.
