Totally Agree with you Absolute night mare. Beware of this park not what is seems. Fees are through the roof Benny Madsen is constantly in court with the Hills shire council and land environment court for non-compliance or stop work orders. There is non potable water as per Public health who have come in and declared it unsafe for human consumption, major sewerage issues, charges for water and gas and electrcity above the third party rates. Which I believe is wrong as you can't make money on essential services. There are so many people unhappy here but are to scared to speak up as they know Benny will bully them and increase fees and expect payments or will threaten to take your cabin.
