Beautiful hike along this track where you will pass a few other waterfalls and pools before arriving at Terrace Falls. There are uphill climbs to get back to the carpark, some slippery areas and creek crossings but definitely worth doing. We visited the last day in April so it was cooler and the water was very cold! We decided to go under the falls and it was super cold but invigorating!! Highly recommend doing this hike. Start at Heron Rd. Park your car on the verge and make your way down the fire trail to the start of the walking track.

Nice quiet spot for a hike (although I must say my visit was on a public holiday so your experience may vary). As with most hiking spots, best to come nice and early to avoid people and to be able to enjoy (almost) the whole place to yourself. The water isn’t quiet as clean as I was hoping for, and it isn’t a bit waterfall spot so please do simmer your expectations. But otherwise, it’s a nice hike that takes around 2.5 hours to complete to-and-back.

We did this track after few days of heavy rain and there were puddles and small brooks running everywhere. Terrace falls were amazing, pumping with water and so refreshing on a hot day. We have parked at the end of the Lake road , went to Adam’s lookout and than walked down to falls. We like that track has “natural” look with uneven surfaces and is overgrown at parts. Wear proper walking shoes and enjoy the nature
