Western Pizza, Kebab and Charcoals — Local services in Sydney

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero! Ordered from them via Menulog. When the food was VERY late, we called the shop and they blamed the Menulog driver, offering no apology, but told us to contact Menulog instead. When I explained that I want looking for a refund, only our dinner, the person I spoke to, said the driver just arrived and that he would make us a fresh order. I thanked him. When our food arrived, the originally prepared order was sent, not a fresh one, with a note written on the food box, for us to contact Menulog if the food was cold & even stated the earlier cook time. On top of everything the food was not only cold, but tasteless, greasy and not as described online (stated salad would include tabouli which it didn't). The baked potato was undercooked and covered in so much thick, tasteless cheese that it was pretty much inedible. The snackpacks were cold and bland too. Do not order from this place, they do not care about customer satisfaction or preparing good food. The food was so bad that it makes me question the authenticity of the 5-star...

1☆ Review from 2025 - Would no longer recommend this establishment. Today I was charged $1.00 extra for chilli flakes on my kebab. In the 4 years I have frequented this business, never before have I been charged for chilli flakes. When questioned, the staff member became rude and his justification was that they are an extra topping and pointed to the price board (nothing mentioned on there), followed by "everyone charges for them". Wrong! Even the profit hungry Domino's and Pizza Hut do not charge for chilli flakes, oregano or parsley flakes. BTW, dried herbs and spices are classified as a condiment and not a topping. No other kebab shop that I know of charges extra for condiments. As I told you, you're stealing from your customer's to which I was ordered not to come back. Well, it's good to see that the staff are allowed to steal and help ruin your business reputation.

2 weeks ago I ordered a meat lovers pizza and a garlic bread. The garlic bread was very good. The pizza was under done, but still delicious. I will be going back. 3 1/2 ⭐. Updated. Hugely improved. Western pizza pizzas and garlic bread are the best. I don't know how they do it for the price. Excellent menu. Also their cuts of meat from the butcher section are quality with the prices being...
