I fell in love with the town from the moment I step down to Hobart airport. I approached Ben 1 - 2 months prior to our trip to Tasmania in order to plan properly as we have young kids. He was very patient to give suggestions, advice and accommodated our requests for our tight schedule. Ben tried to make the most out of our time, bringing us to nice places such as Mount Wellington, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, Botanical Garden, Chocolate shop, etc. and explained in details each and every place. My kids who are usually shy to be in a big tour with many people did enjoy this private tour with Ben a lot because they could be themselves and enjoy the places at their pace. We were impressed and felt warm with Ben's wide knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. We will definitely go back to Tasmania to visit the other places with Ben, especially Bruny Island which is his signature tour. We will also recommend Ben to our friends....
