Every whisky lover needs to come meet Peter and his beautiful Rye! Whisky, Brandy, Liqueurs and “special” concoctions, Peter produces them all. This is the best distillery experience we have had in Tasmania!! Peter is the true legend in Tasmania and well respected for what he is doing all around the world! His improvements and new ideas he brought to whisky distilling are just out of this world. We spent good 1,5 hour on his farm and it was wonderful!
