This place is just wonderful! Their gins, vodka and liquors are well balanced, smooth and delicious. Not suprise they won couple medals with their spirits. Definitely will come back once their whisky will be ready after ageing because it will be surely amazing! Using their own barley which they are growing on their beautiful farm. Family owned, such a friendly guys! I absolutely loved this distillery. The place is set in a beautiful part of Tasmania, with lush green hills and river right behind the tasting room. The estate also has an interesting history. Ended up buying more than I'd planned and now I'm on their mailing list waiting for more of their new stuff. You'll find a few interesting varieties of gin, but I picked up their vodka, coffee liqueur and their limited release whisky. The young lady was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I was heading out that way for another purpose and spotted this place on the map, never heard of it before, looked at their website, gathered the boys, and went for a little road trip. What a wonderful estate, simply beautiful. The owner provided us with a tasting, and wonderful knowledge of the products and history of the estate. I am not a whiskey drinker, but really enjoyed theirs. The gins and vodka are also wonderful, not to mention the cold brew coffee liqueur. If I could have I would have bought all of them.
