Such a beautiful cellar door and the kindest hosts you'll find in the Tamar valley. Everything felt like it was crafted with love and passion - from the singular exploration of Pinot Noir as a variety, to the delicious and generous local cheese board that we had to pick clean, to the warm hospitality including advice for our upcoming Cradle Mountain trip, roaring fireplace, and beautiful dogs. We're so glad we stopped by after a recommendation - it was easily one of our favourite experiences in our visit to Tasmania, and we weren't sorry to skip the rest of the wineries on our list to stay a little longer. The service from Jacquie and Willy was outstanding, they were so welcoming and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. We were a group of 9 adults and plus children as well, we were able to enjoy both outdoors as well as inside. We had delicious cheese and some bottles of Sparkling Rose and Blanc de Noir throughout the afternoon (will definitely return to taste their selection of Pinot noir). Read moreGorgeous winery, such a special experience. We came on a Saturday for a tasting (and a delicious cheese board) and were delighted to know we could bring our dog. I'm not sure who had the better time: us enjoying the delicious range of Pinot Noirs on offer or my dog, sniffing around and getting to know the two Westella dogs. Such great service that we've come to know and love as Tassy hospitality, we felt right at home and enjoyed one of the most special winery experiences to date. Thank you Westella!
