So why 3 stars?

What wasn’t so fun was how much one of the staff members kept flirting with myself & my boyfriend, so we ended up leaving instead of staying to play arcades afterwards cause we felt weirded out.

THANK YOU FOR RETURNING MY UMBRELLA; IT JUST CONVENIENTLY GAVE YOU PRIVATE TIME WITH MY BOYFRIEND & HE THOUGHT YOU WERE ME WHEN YOU WENT AROUND THAT DARK CORNER 😢

THEN HE REALISED IT WASN’T ME, AND FREAKED OUT & IT RUINED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE 😢

Appreciating the fact that mini-golf isn't 'real golf' but at least the 'greens' should run vaguely similar to real golf greens. I also appriciate the facility is apparently under new management and clearly they're putting in place a programme to spruce up the place, but the outdoor greens are unplayable, especially the replacement greens. The artificial turf is the wrong type for putting and the under laying base needed to be smoothed out before first instead of simply laying turf over the top of the older greens. As for the older turf, zero ball resistance, so most holes result in 6 shot maximum score before pulling the pin out of pure frustration. We didn't play the indoor course. One star based on current state of the outdoor course only, but expect an improvement with management clearly putting in an effort to...

Avoid this place! I'm guessing the last time this place had any maintenance done our year started with a 19, not a 20. I took international guests on a tour around Ballarat and this place had to be the lowlight of the tour. I was literally embarrassed this place was in the local area and that we'd paid to enter. We "played" on the outdoor course and I can say with reasonable confidence that every hole had some mechanical or technical issue. When we questioned the guy behind the counter when he was fixing the mechanical kicking boot obstacle on hole 1, we got an answer to quite soon..... it had obviously not been working for quite some time. Run down, broken and lying staff....
