Due to the COVID 19 issue we had to cancel our tour in a private limo for 8, I rang and explained our accommodation had been cancelled and unable to make the tour with eastern state friends unable to fly also. I was told I would be given a full refund that week. A few weeks then past and no communication whatsoever so i enquired again only to be told i couldn't receive a refund and only a credit which i explained i couldn't use anytime soon. I realise everyone's doing it tough at the moment but as a business Integrity and doing what you say your going to do should be high on your list. Wasted a lot of time and effort chasing this up after extremely poor response time (sometimes over a week), if any response at all to then be taken on a wild goose chase. Cape to Cape Wine Tours were amazing in accommodating our family for a very special event earlier this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day. The vehicle provided was exceptionally clean and comfortable with lovely large windows allowing all of us to enjoy the stunning scenery as we made our way around the region. We were able to install our own car seats for little ones which was an added bonus and gave great peace of mind. Jason was such a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process and I believe I may have been on the high maintenance side. His communication was always clear. We had Cape to Cape Tours provide a limobus for a private charter downsouth for a birthday event, Jason was so easy to deal with in the booking process and made adjustments to the itinerary with ease when requested.
