An unforgettable experience with SKYONE Sydney This was an incredible experience, and everything was so well-organized from start to finish. The staff on the phone were super friendly and happy to answer all my questions, which made me feel more comfortable right away. I chose the shuttle option, and I highly recommend it if you don’t have your own transport since the dropzone is quite far from the city center. For $30, it includes round-trip transportation, which is really convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that you’ll need to wait for everyone in your group to complete their jump before heading back. However, the wait isn’t bad at all you get to watch other jumpers right above your head and see them land just a few meters in front of you. There’s also a small café on-site with affordable prices, which is perfect if you want to grab a coffee or snack while waiting. Once there, the process is smooth and straightforward. After a quick briefing, you meet your instructor, get geared up, and before you know it, you’re on the plane climbing to 15,000 feet. The ride up can feel long if you’re nervous, but as soon as the door opens, everything happens so fast. In the blink of an eye, you’re free-falling through the sky. The feeling is surreal strange at first, but quickly exhilarating and incredibly enjoyable. The parachute descent is just as thrilling, offering amazing sensations all the way down. A great tip: shortly after your jump, you’ll receive an email with a special offer for a second jump at a discounted rate, valid that same day. If you’re still on a high and want to go again, it’s the perfect opportunity! This was my first skydive, so I can’t compare it to other places, but SKYONE Sydney definitely left me wanting to do it again. Maybe not right away I need time to process all these new sensations but one day for sure. Huge thanks to the entire team for making this such a unique and memorable experience

I recently booked a tandem skydive with Sydney Skydivers, fully excited for the experience after viewing their enticing website. My expectation was fueled by the promise of jumping from up to 15,000 feet, with stunning views of the beach that had me daydreaming for days. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t quite the sky-high adventure I’d imagined. Let me start by noting the positives. The staff, including my instructor and the camera flyer, were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. However, the reality fell short of the hype. When I made the jump, I discovered that we were only at an altitude of just under 10,000 feet. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the website's promotion of jumping from up to 15,000 feet. On top of that, the pictures that initially attracted me to the experience showed breathtaking views overlooking the beach, but during my jump, this was not what I saw. I had anticipated the scenic coastal vistas that were featured, but in reality, the views didn’t live up to my expectations—despite the weather being crystal clear. While I understand that not every skydive will start from the maximum height, I do believe that more transparency about the heights would benefit potential jumpers. It’s frustrating to plan for something based on specific promises, only to have the experience dialed down without warning. In conclusion, while Sydney Skydivers boasts a dedicated and friendly staff, my experience left me feeling a bit let down. I would recommend this company for the enjoyable aspects of the jump, but I urge future jumpers to verify the height options and set realistic expectations regarding the views.

A dear friend of mine Peter Clarke gifted me with a Skydiving experience, after I said, this is something I will never EVER do! He’s given me 20 mins to decide, and I thought, I might as well. Why not! I agreed because this is far the best Birthday present anyone has given me for which I am truly grateful. I was excited the moment we arrived at Picton and everyone we came across are just super nice and friendly. My first skydiving experience is nothing short of amazing and one that I will cherish all my life. The feeling of freedom and the peace I felt gliding is just extraordinary. My instructor was Felix who is amazing and great and made my experience unforgettable. The images he took was breathtaking and I couldn’t thank him enough for making me feel comfortable during our dive. I have decided to jump on every birthday and possibly more. This is definitely something I want to keep doing. I love it up there and it gave me a real sense of freedom like a bird just enjoying the magnificent earth below. On my next adventure, I hope Felix to skydive with me again,! I have encouraged friends and family to experience this, and my friend Kirillie has always wanted to do it but never did. After seeing my skydiving pictures and videos, she finally found the courage to go ahead so her and I will be coming to Skyone at Picton (I assume Oct or Nov this year). I wish everyone at Skyone all the best and to Felix – God bless you and keep you all safe. Best regards, Analieze 🙏♥️

I did couple skydiving jumps in my life (in other places) and I always love the sensation until I decided to do it at Sydney Skydive Centre and broken my tail bone in 3 places !

I did my Tandem Jump on Dec 2016 at Sydney Skydiver in Picton around 2pm in a sunny day and without any wind. The day I broken my coccyx ( tailbone ) in 3 parts!

The Instructor explain very quick what to do and we went inside a little airplane with 12 people inside. After the Tandem Instructor opened our parachute, he immediately took off my protective eyewear and was going down very quick to land. I was holding my legs up (exactly like he told me) for the landing and the first thing to hit the floor was my coccyx (tail bone) and beside the strong pain, the bone broken in 3 places and now I have to wait to see if I need to do a operation.

Accidents can happen, but a human mistake in this case is is unacceptable. Any instructor should know how to make a soft landing (flare) pulling down both toggles simultaneously to slow down your parachute to a comfortable landing speed; specially in a day with no strong winds.

I spoke with the owner of Skydive Sydney Centre and at any moment he was respectfully trough my accident. He told me they usually have no control of the landing (flare) and my instructor didn't do anything wrong and he had many years experience and didn't need to hear from me how his instructor should landing with their customer and also he said "I should know better as skydiving is a dangerous activity and people can even die". He then said "I should read the agreement form that I signed before skydiving and mention that today someone also got hurt and they have to drive to the hospital." Are you serious ? So this is a normal thing for them ?

Any professional Skydive Tandem Instructor should manager the landing ( flare ) to be more gentle and put his feet in the floor before his "student" tail bone. He used my coccyx (tail bone) as his airbag and now they said there is nothing wrong it it !

Be aware of inexperiente Instructor !!!

*they have many instructor over their and I have to believe that some of them are good professionals. Unfortunately that was...
