We bought some chicken feed from this place, hens ended up egg bound due to the moldy feed. My partner and I went to let them know (with the batch # etc as a courteousy and to purchase some calcium. We both were treated like we were "slagging them off" by the redheaded women behind the counter, she needs to work on her listening skills and customer service. Perhaps they can store their feed in a better environment? We'll be using Speewah stock...

Not sure if the lady who runs the place was having a horrible day or if she is always rude and condescending but regardless, very horrible customer service. If you don’t have time to answer customer’s questions or don’t know the answer, you can still be polite about it and not treat the people that come into your shop like they are stupid....

I love visiting our local feed shop. Always expanding and getting more horse equipment. They are great supporters of so many deciplines in the equestrian world. Without sponsors ground roots sports do things tough. Thanks again from the Pyramid...
