Terrible experience. Although the view was stunning, directions to find the lake were terrible. There were many people there trying to find the way to get there, and were all equally lost. also the walk was pretty far. By the time I got there at 3:15 two and a half hours before closing the boat hire was already closed due to a private event. I was not warned of this beforehand, and that was the whole reason why I came. Total...

Very nice place for a swim in a hot summers day! Beautiful panoramas. Only downside was the very rude rental guy, complaining about me in German to his colleague - assuming I don’t speak German. Even when his colleague helped us friendly, he kept being rude. He even scared our son with his reaction.

Really lovely place for kids. The lake was cold but the kids didn’t care and enjoyed paddling them throwing themselves off the top diving board! Eldest went paddleboarding (13+) boats and pedals for hire too.

So clean - water and beach side. Plenty of places to sit around the lake. Good toilets and changing rooms.

Nice cafe with good prices for drinks and snacks...
