Worth the hike for the views alone, the best of which don't real appear until you reach the col at the foot of the final section up to the summit. From the Ahornbahn nice easy to walk and follow paths lead to the Edelhutte (Apple Stroudle) a convenient rest point both upband down. This hike was so fun it definitely made my top 5 hikes of all time. Be ready to climb, and especially getting up to the summit is a bit technical - it is quite rocky and steep, with some scrambling involved. The views up top were absolutely breathtaking! Toller Berg für eine knackige Besteigung. Schwindelfrei sollte man sein und gute Schuhe und etwas Kondition haben. Von der Ahornbahn dauert es rauf und runter mit kleinen Pausen circa 5 Stunden +/- 1Stunde je nach Ausdauer und Pausen. Man kann es auch in 3,5 Stunden schaffen, wenn man keine Pausen macht und oben nur das Kreuz abklatscht. Um 17Uhr fährt die letzte Gondel nach unten. Von oben hat man eine phänomenale Aussicht über die Zillertaler und Tiroler Berglandschaft. Das ist mit keiner Kamera...
