The Danube Floodplain or Old Danube, Danube Island or Danube Canal – the Danube is omnipresent in Vienna. And therefore, the embankments and beaches are not far away. Viennese use them for relaxation, games and sports, as well as to spend pleasant hours in beach cafes, bars and restaurants on the Old Danube and on the territory of the Copa Beach and Sunken City complexes on the Danube Island.

Una hermosa experiencia. Utilizamos el Metro para llegar, justo al atardecer, muy bello, Realizamos una caminata por el borde del Danubio,que a su vez está rodeada por bellos restaurantes, café, alquiler de bicicletas, etc La vista hermosa, el atardecer excepcional. Luego cruzamos el otro lado del Danubio y llegamos a un lugar donde alquilan botes eléctricos , 30€ por una hora, vale la pena, ver el atardecer desde el bote es genial .

Crucero por el Danubio con el barco Amadeus Royal. Lo fleta Panavision, el recorrido bonito, pero algunos atraques lejos de las ciudades o puntos de destino (la mayoría atracaban más cerca) para dificultar que vayas por libre sin sus excursiones. El servicio de camareros, sin experiencia ninguna ( la mayoría indonesios) no podías entenderte pues no hablaban nada de español, ni tampoco inglés. Las bebidas que se incluían solo cerveza de barril, agua y Coca Cola, ni tónica, ni siquiera café fuera del horario de comidas (sirviéndote tu) El animador muy bien, pero la directora de crucero no facilitaba mucho...
