Panorama-Brücke — Local services in Leutasch

Beautiful hike with two (panorama and holl) bridges over the gorge. Additionally to the bridges there are built metal paths on the cliff - amazing! We have some heights fear, but this path is so well constructed and maintained that you feel safe and can do it. Only the paths on the walls have transparent floor, the bridges are opaque, so doable regardless the heights fear. Important! The is a small payed gorge next to the entrance from Mittenwald - don't be confused by the two. The bridges path is free of charge and always open. You can walk and return it both ways, depends on which side you parked. In the upper (Austrian) side there is a small cafe, about 10 minutes walk (don't be confused with the hotel) with good coffee and cakes (well... Austria...), add to the cakes the optional hot Vanilla sauce! Highly...

We visited the place twice already. Pretty impressed by how they maintain this without having any entrance fees. You can either hike up from Mittenwald from the German side to get to the bridge and gorge or you can take a bus to the other side of the gorge (the Austrian side) by taking a bus from Mittenwald, which makes it easier on those who do not want to or cannot hike up. I think it’s overall a great feeling to have seen the sight and click and pic of the family on the bridge. It felt secure too. Well of course fellow tourists are not always very jolly. Mein Besuch an der Panorama Brücke bei Mittenwald war einfach unvergesslich! Ohne Freunde, aber das tat der Erfahrung keinen Abbruch. Diese Brücke bietet einen spektakulären Ausblick auf die Alpen und das Tal darunter – es hat mir buchstäblich den Atem geraubt.

Der Weg zur Brücke war schon ein Erlebnis für sich. Durch eine atemberaubende Landschaft, mit frischer Bergluft und einer friedlichen Atmosphäre, fühlte ich mich sofort entspannt und erfrischt.

Als ich die Brücke schließlich erreichte, wurde ich mit einer Aussicht belohnt, die man einfach gesehen haben muss. Schneebedeckte Gipfel und tiefe Täler soweit das Auge reicht – es war überwältigend. Ich habe viel Zeit damit verbracht, die Aussicht zu genießen und unzählige Fotos zu machen, um diesen Moment festzuhalten.

Die Panorama Brücke selbst ist gut gepflegt und sicher. Das Gefühl, über dem Abgrund zu stehen und die Weite der Landschaft unter sich zu haben, war sowohl aufregend als auch beruhigend.

Ich kann einen Besuch an der Panorama Brücke bei Mittenwald jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Naturliebhaber, Abenteurer und alle, die einfach mal eine Pause vom Alltag brauchen. Diese Erfahrung wird mir noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben, und ich freue mich schon darauf,...
