Beautiful peak for people who are not super athletic, you can take the ankogelbahn cable car to almost 2600m then only 3km and 650m of elevation gain cal route offers beautiful views of the lakes and glaciers I do not recommend the route for beginners due to the side of the last approach and...

Výstup na Ankogel 10/2018 z Osnanbruecker Huette nevyšiel, zvolený chodník 538 okolo Fallbach Wasserfall Grosselendtal , smer Oberer/Unterer Schwarzhornsee skončili v kamennej suti nad týmito plesami ... Chodník v tejto časti pre slabé značenie, resp aktuálnu úpravu zavádzal do neschodného až nebezpečného terénu . Aj napriek nezdaru z nedosiahnutia Vrcholu nádherné výhľady pri úplne bezoblačnom dni....

Good peak to ascend. With the Ankogelbahn it takes less than 1000 meters of ascension. However it is high mountain, a 3000 in the Alps, and therefore it is not for everybody and you need ceetain mountain experience.

In 2 a 3 uur ga je vanaf de lift, via de Kleiner Ankogel naar de Ankogel op 3.252 meter hoogte. Zeker met mooi weer is de wandeling prachtig, maar wel uitdagend. Vanaf het einde van de Kleiner, tot de top van de Ankogel is het erg stijl en rotsachtig, klimmen met handen en voeten soms. Zorg dus dat je goede spullen hebt. Al met al een zeer toegankelijke 3000-er met een prachtig uitzicht.

Ankogel. Szczyt alpejski, lodowiec o wysokości 3252 m.n.p.m. . Podejście od Bergstadion jest umiarkowanie trudne, najbardziej wymagające jest sama końcówka. Zaczynająca się kilkadziesiąt metrów przed szczytem Kleiner Ankogel.Na szczycie przepiękne widoki na alpejskie lodowce. Miejsce warte odwiedzenia.
