Read moreThe whole mountain is a for profit privatization of nature. I don´t know if it´s owned by the community (I guess so), or really private. But it does not matter. All access roads are block all along the mountain, leaving the toll route mountain pass as the only possibility. If you book a stay, you get one pass for free but that's not nearly enough. So every time you want to go up there with some gear and you can't go by bike of foot, you pay. Not only this, but you can not even access secondary roads leading to more advantageous outlooks to the mountain because they are all blocked because of the privatization. No problem if you want to commercialize your mountain, but at least leave the access free and charge crazy prices for ice creams...
