Naturbad & Wasserpark Russbach — Local services in Rußbach am Paß Gschütt

First of all: Many of the photos uploaded here are actually the next door 'Kneippanlage', a free to enter public kids playing area centered around a stream.

The waterpark itself is not free to enter. Small but of high quality. The bottom of the water is rubber mats around the shore and goes down only gradually. Perfect for barefoot kids. Maybe not a lot of shade but when we were there in August, there was enough space for all guests to be in the shade (it didn't get very busy).

Lots of free parking spaces.

The only criticism is the food options in the bar/restaurant. Only 4 optjons: Spagetti Bolognese, ham-cheese sandwich with salad, currywurst, and french fries. They sell wrapped ice cream like...

Kids had a blast, we stayed the whole day. Really cheap entrance and good prices food wise inside.

It's a relatively small place but if you add the kayak area and water games, which are for free and in the other side of the bridge 1min walk, its a wholesome experience.

Could definitely use more...

Ich hätte es mir über den Bildern größer vorgestellt aber es ist ein kleiner See mit Schanze und Rutsche! Die Kinder haben Spaß das ist die Hauptsache!!! Man muss aussen rum gehen um mit dem Kanu fahren zu können oder zu kneippen,finde ich aber wenn man mit etwas größeren Kinder dort ist nicht schlimm aber für kleinere vielleicht nervig hin und her wandern zu müssen:) ansonsten Bedienung und Platz toll und absolut...
