It is a fun and challenging hike if you do the maiklsteig! It has got some rebar stairs and iron ladders. The view is worth the challenge. It is a popular hike so you are bound to meet someone. This said it is not suitable if you have a fear of heights. There are a lot of steep sections and opportunities to look down.

The Wilder Kaiser is one of the most beautiful hikes on earth. The overlooks such as this one are stunning and spectacular. As with anything in life, you have to make an effort to get to enjoy it, but for me, the strenuous walk and climb were well worth it.

Die Bilder sind nicht direkt vom Ursulablick, sondern westlich davon auf und oberhalb des Maikelsteigs entstanden. Von dort und vom Ursulablick hat man eine schöne Aussicht in Richtung Kitzbühel, St. Johann und einzelne Weiler zwischen Going und St. Johann. Der Maikelsteig ist in jedem Jahr ein Muss. Gut versichert mit eigener Schwindelfreiheit sehr gut zu gehen. Den Ursulablick kann man auch ohne Steig über die Einsiedelei und die Gmail-Kapelle von St. Johann aus erreichen oder von der Straße nach Gasteig aus über den WKS.

Niederkaiser is like a micro cosmos on its own, where you can make small hikes 2 - 5 hrs. Really nice views, they change constantely as you move forward. The passage from St Johann by the Chappel requires good fysical condition and can be slipery in wet conditions. The intinerary from or to Gasteig - their are some cute small Alms in summertimes - is completely different as the other side coming from real Wilder Kaiser (from Schleier-falls or Mauk/Ackerlspitze ... these are more steep, technical and more...
