Tufandağ — Local services in Quba - Khachmaz

We as a group of 27 went in April 26,2024 after traveling 5+ hours on the private bus, we had to take a circuitous route due to ongoing construction in the regular 3+ hours route which also passes through scenic mountains. Due to no snow season, we just went through the charade of cable car - 1st one takes you through an U loop after traveling some height but nothing great here unless there was snow and you see someone skiing. The 2nd ride was somewhat steeper and had better view also of the valley. 3rd cable car was not functional.
