WORST charter I have ever been. Starting with a very rude welcome by captain Donnie and his wife who they barely said hi to us and the first thing they asked was for the rest of the balance. They stated they accepted credit card payments, but conveniently the credit card POS wasn’t working so we had to come up with cash. But that’s not all. Here are some of the reasons why they don’t even deserve 1 star rating: They didn’t assist us in getting our items into the boat. •they only approached us once with two small bottles of waters during the entire day, We always had to help ourselves for everything or anything. • They wouldn’t give us information or instructions about the spots we visited •They would constantly rushed us and repeatedly called our group as if they were upset. I still can’t believe can how they have some good reviews. When we got back to the marina, they didn’t even say bye to any of us. WORST customer service ever. We had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience with Fifty Shades Excursions. From the very beginning, the staff had a rude and unwelcoming attitude. Things got worse when we were asked to pay the remaining balance of the tour in cash — which already felt suspicious.

Later during the tour, we stopped at a restaurant to eat. While we were all inside, they moved the boat without telling anyone. That’s when it happened: $1,000 in cash mysteriously disappeared from one of our bags, and another $100 from a second bag. They clearly saw how much cash we had left when we paid earlier.

The whole situation felt like a setup. If others hadn’t taken their belongings off the boat, we’re sure they would’ve been robbed too. And unsurprisingly, by the end of the tour, they didn’t even say goodbye — just rushed off quickly. They knew exactly what they had done.

This was not only unprofessional — it was theft. Absolutely do not recommend this company. Be very careful with your belongings if you ever decide to...

Had an incredible experience. Donnie was extremely communicative. As soon as I reserved, he emailed me within 30min with the details. He answered all our questions and advised on what to bring along. He did an exceptional job of navigating out of Emerald Bay, which is notoriously choppy. We saw the pigs, iguanas, went snorkeling, caught a great view, and went swimming on his private beach. I couldn't help but notice that his one star reviews all came simultaneously. Almost as if there were more reviews than charter slots. Donnie tended to our every need, and if you're staying at Grand Isle, this is hands down the most convenient charter you're going to find.
