I love my 2014 Ford edge. Super comfortable, nice luxurious drive, with plenty power when needed. I also love how Ford in the U.S handles customers and the issues they may have in an efficient and patient manner. The same CANNOT be said for Ford motors in Nassau N.P. I recieved minimal effort from Ford staff. It took 6+weeks to order parts for my car when I got in an accident, and even after that 6 weeks, there's still an entire part I have yet to receive. When I was told the part was there, it was the wrong part. And this is after coming to have the part changed 3 times with no success. I was told to take the part over to sanpin motors as they do body repairs. When I went to parts an older lady assisted me. After asking her for the part to take over to sanpin, she rudely stated "we don't give no part to no body who vehicle being repaired on insurance, you gonna have to leave your car here." this is after 6+weeks of my car already being there, and me not being able to use it. I ended up with more problems than I came in with!!! I'm still waiting to hear back about my transmission bracket that was damaged and not replaced!!!! Caused my whole engine to come down!!! Keep in mind that my vehicle was in there for over 3 months! Got it and had to take it back 2 more times. And now this!!! Took my transmission down and didn't secure it back up the way they met it!!! Very poor work!!! Mr. Rolle, I know that you have a million other problems to deal with, and I do appreciate your efforts... but I'm still waiting on a response...
   Read moreI was very impressed with the customer service at Friendly Ford Motors. On Thursday, I went there to purchase a signal light bulb for my Toyota. Even though I don't own a Ford vehicle, the staff looked for the bulb, even going to their sister store next door to find it. The staff then replaced the bulb in my car for me half at no extra cost.
