Une petite clairiĂšre qui si situe au cƓur de la forĂȘt de Bertrix. Il est possible de s'y rendre Ă  pieds, il suffit de suivre la route principale. Elle fait le tour de la forĂȘt. Garer votre voiture tout prĂȘt de l'entrĂ©e de l'hĂŽpital. La balade fait environs 6 km, avec un trĂšs faible dĂ©nivelĂ©.

Als je in de buurt bent en van een stukje wandelen houd zeker even naar dit Aboretum gaan. Opgezet als onderzoek rond 1920 door de bosbouw en waterloop Engineer van de Gemeente Bertrix (zie foto gedenksteen). De omliggende bossen zijn tevens de moeite waard.

Mon Arboretum préféré de la région, du moins celui qui manque le moins d'entretien, a part un ou deux banc abßmés et les pancartes indiquants les Sequoias géants brisée... Le kiosque est mignon, les allées entretenue et les arbres surveillés.

Créé en 1914, cet arboretum forestier contient 81 espÚces d'arbres dont 46 résineuses, originaires d'Europe tempérée, d'Amérique du nord et d'Asie du sud-est. On y accÚde en empruntant la direction de la chapelle Sainte-Barbe et en se dirigeant vers le chùteau des Fées. Vous pouvez visiter l'arboretum de Bertrix toute l'année. Attention: l'accÚs est interdit en octobre, novembre et décembre, la veille et le jour des battues.
