Vegasme — Local services in Ixelles - Elsene

We got a long well with the people at Vegasme but it seems its all just virtue signaling. You would think those people are really conscience about their environment but as their neighbor and since they installed a cold room in front of our terrasse, without even warning us, even though we talked and we even did some gorceries in their shop... I'm really disgusted by their lack of respect and care for other people, we have difficulties sleeping, we can't enjoy our terrasse anymore and every time they open the door of that cold room, it stinks, it smells like Coolant which can't be very healthy. The shop and its products are ok, but those people are as fake...

One of the storekeepers was hovering around while I was browsing through the shelves, couldn't tell if it was an attempt to help get what I wanted or because of the elevated apprehension of items being lifted triggered on the sight of a brown guy. Having the privilege of getting my bag inspected at a disproportionately higher rate at the Färm I'm predisposed to believing the latter. If only these stores invested in cc cameras, it would save us some dignity.

Great vegan institution in Brussels! They have vegan cheeses, ice cream, mayonnaise, tofu, fake meats, chocolate, spreads, biscuits, wine, clothes and cosmetics. It's quite a small shop but they have a great selection of cheeses and treats. They also have done fresh baked sweet and savoury foods like brownies...
