Suryansh Indian Store — Local services in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert - Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe

There was this one time when I shopped here I found that there were items on my bill that I did not buy. But since it was a small amount , I was already home and I pay by Sodexo I let it go. Then next time I was told that they had increased charges for Sodexo and then I paused and asked how is it 22 euro for 4 items .. then she told me that by mistake she had added previous customer items to my bill and it was I in fact 10 eur . Indeed she removed it and since Sodexo price was high I chose to pay by card. This could have been an honest mistake but since it happened before I suspect not. And after this I never been to the store again and I was very reluctant to write a review because they leave a very rude reply. But I guess it’s my responsibility as a google local guide to write a honest review and it doesn’t matter to me because I m no longer a customer.There are several other Indian store in close proximity in Brussels which has zero price on Sodexo .. cheaper options and better customer service. But if u have to shop here never forget to double...

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Indian store. Not only did I find several expired products on the shelves, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they were completely unapologetic and unhelpful. It's unacceptable to sell expired products to customers and it shows a complete disregard for our health and safety. I will not be returning to this store ever and I urge others to avoid it as well. Expired plus products with fungus 😯. When you ask to return they treat you very badly. Uneducated highly misbehaving owner. For such stores google should have...

The owner is a kind person but not have professional behavior. You can find most of the authentic Indian grocery items here. But most of the times you don't find everything in the shop. Always out of stock on one or the other thing. The best day to get everything for your home is Thursday and Friday.

Also keep in mind the owner opens and closes the shop as per his convenience, so on odd days call before going there else you will have surprises.
