This pass is nearly 3,800 meters tall, so it gets a bit chilly here even on a good day. Being the second highest pass on the Bhutanese highway system, there would be pretty good views if the weather were good and there weren't a lot of clouds. Unfortunately that wasn't the case either time I drove by here. The first time it was a snowy haze, and although the skies were blue the second time, the mountains on all sides had clouds covering them.
