We had a blast hang gliding in Rio de Janeiro. If you haven’t tried hang gliding,you really are missing something truly great in life. Seeing the city from so high up in the sky was a great experience. We loved every shingle moment!! We really recommend @estilovoolivre They were very professional in every single detalhe. My favorite part of the experience was a few minutes after taking off. :) Finding and making a reservation was very easy and accommodating. Mariana Janssens was very helpful, and her husband Renato Janssens (one of our instructors) made us feel very comfortable. I am not big on heights, but they did a good job on making me comfortable and confident in them.

Tip: If I could do it, anyone can, don't think too much about it, just go with the flow, you are in safe hands. The instructors are awesome, they do their best to make sure your experience is memorable so just trust whatever they say and ask you to do. Definitely recommended! It's a once in a lifetime experience! And it's not scary! Only before you jump you can get nervous, but once you are in the air it's very relaxed. You can see from the air 3 different landscapes, the ocean, the city and the mountain. The price is around 500 reales and it includes pictures and video from one angle (even though they take pictures from more angles, but for those you have to pay extra).
