I was at the a1 Shop at plaza mall due my problem with the Internet.The young guy who I turned to for the problem asked me for my ID card and made me signed 6x on a pad.I asked him why, he said he needed my signature for the technical problem.He told me I dont have to be afraid it is just technical.He did not gave me any copy of what I had sign.The next day I got an SMS from a1 that my contract had been renewed.I went there again and confront him about his doing.He just lied on my face without getting red,saying it is not true,what I sign was only for the technical problem.I called the customer service and they told me that my contract had been renewed on that day.So be careful never give an ID card or sign anything when you have a problem with your handy.By the way the guy is tall,young and always smiling and friendly to the customer.He have been working there for many years.So be careful dont trust easily even when you know...

This used to be a great shopping centre, made more so by the addition of the huge Carrefour store, which was worth a visit on its own...sadly, this outlet has now closed and Burgas Plaza seems to have lost something.
The majority of the stores remain, but I think they have also lost Marks & Spencer? I was there yesterday and although it wasn't what I was looking for (I needed to buy a local SIM card) I can't remember passing their outlet?
Even on a Friday late morning visit, I doubt that there were more than 200 car's in the car park? And certainly, most of the stores remain sadly bereft...
