$40 per night is almost exorbitant for Cambodia. Nobody could speak English. Some of the menus on the menu weren't available, despite ordering with the menu, the wrong food was served.
A masseuse who showed up straight after the meal just started massaging despite repeated no's and is then so cheeky as to want to ask for money ( she also wanted to take money out of my wallet).
The entire hotel/casino is a smoking place, which you can smell very well.
In the room, the bed was rock hard, the air conditioning didn't work (permanently 31°), there was no hot water for showering, the bathtub was dirty and worn... absolutely not...

The staff are really nice and shouldn’t give anyone trouble as long as you’re are nice and courteous and follow the rules of a casino.
