$40 per night is almost exorbitant for Cambodia. Nobody could speak English. Some of the menus on the menu weren't available, despite ordering with the menu, the wrong food was served.

A masseuse who showed up straight after the meal just started massaging despite repeated no's and is then so cheeky as to want to ask for money ( she also wanted to take money out of my wallet).

The entire hotel/casino is a smoking place, which you can smell very well.

In the room, the bed was rock hard, the air conditioning didn't work (permanently 31°), there was no hot water for showering, the bathtub was dirty and worn... absolutely not...

Stayed here for 2 nights because the visa was not yet valid. Worst place of our 3 month travel so far. AC not working (32° celsius whole time), no one spoke english, no atm in a casino??? Food on menu not available, dirty/damaged bathroom, no warm water even during rainy season, damaged bed, way too expensive for the value. I had to wait a few hours at the border for my visa to be approved, and I came in here to get a drink and some cool air. The staff are really nice and shouldn’t give anyone trouble as long as you’re are nice and courteous and follow the rules of a casino.
