The island is as beautiful as it gets, crazy turquoise waters, beautiful vegetation, a true paradise!

Chill and enjoy the sun (wear sunscreen!) and the peaceful vibe of it all.

Be prepared for very basic amenities: power only for few hours a day, bucket shower and toilet, sand everywhere, all, the, time.

Bring with you first aid kit (bandages, iodine and such), a small cut or wound can lead to a badly infected one! True story.

And be very careful when swimming, there are a lot of sea urchins with very long and nasty pikes! I dunno if there is any product to remove em, if there is, get a grab of it beforehand, you will need it. Else, someone told us that pee helps remove them, some of our group agreed to it. Pincers are useless thou, thorns break.
