Quiet place to kayak and enjoy a nature bath - no cottages on the shoreline (only camping). Shared with fishing boats but it's sizeable and lots of nooks and crannies to explore. A must-see during fall colors.

Deerrock conservation camping and fishing. No registration, 10$ a day for parking. BOAT in campsite no power or water. Bring everything you need take all the waste home please. Enjoy Canada Outdoors.

This is a great spot for stargazing. From the boat launch you have an incredible unobstructed view of the Northern sky. Very quiet, without being too remote.

Nice launch. Good amount of parking and the lake is a very nice spot given it has such easy access. I’m a paddler so unfortunately for me there is motor boat traffic on this lake, which does take away from the feeling of being in nature. Don’t expect a backcountry experience. Otherwise fairly easy to get to and...
