I recently purchased a pre-owned Victory motorcycle. I initially inquired on-line to the website and put in a general inquiry. Rather than an email in return I actually got a phone call from Don! Who phones anymore?? What a great thing to have a person to talk to instead of a cold on-line encounter. That was just the beginning of the whole transaction. I recently went in to ask for some advice on repairing an oil seal on a gear box off a SM2410 mower deck. Next thing I know two techs were already trying to solve the issue of removing the centre pulley inorder to get to the bottom seal. This was not a simple task. Yet both decided to keep going to help me solve this issue.
