Overall: Nice quick stop. Paid parking. Public washrooms.
You almost feel like you are driving the wrong way as you head through a quiet residential neighbourhood to reach the suspension bridge. The suspension bridge is the only attraction at this spot, once you reach the end of the bridge it is quite obvious you are not supposed to wander around (private property / no trespassing signs). The bridge itself is interesting and there really isn't much sway on a calm day with few people. Overall you might find yourself spending 5-10 minutes here since the only thing to do is walk across the bridge and immediately head back. It would be nice to see more about the history of the area and suspension bridge. Something to help make this more than a quick pit stop.
There is quite a bit of parking, including RV parking. You are supposed to pay for parking here, but you might not be here long enough for it to matter. There are public washrooms available here.
