I'm no hike expert (yet) but this hike was an absolutely magnificent experience even for a noob. The clear weather made this into a visual delicacy that even impressed a spoiled man from the land of the fjords. This place is mesmerizing to all who see it for the first time. They say the other half of that mountain could go at anytime. If you've never been thru the area you must stop and see the destruction this landslide did to the area. Lots to do in area from hiking and camping or visit the quaint...

A rather steep, very rewarding hike with super interesting geology throughout the top! Between the peaks, you can tell that more of the mountain will eventually slide down, as evidenced by the wide cracks and seismic measuring equipment. Just make sure you follow paths...
