The hike is steep but don’t let that stop you! Before no time you’re at the top. Took us about 20-25 minutes up to the top and the views are INCREDIBLE! Worth the huffing and puffing :)

This hike was amazing, the views are breathtaking. I learned fast on this hike that my cardio was not that good when my friends were 15 mins ahead of me lol. Hike is worth the views.

Elevation Gain 175 meters The views are an excellent! You should definitely do this hike while on the Sunshine Coast, not too far of a drive if you are staying in Halfmoon Bay

Loved it. Short and steep - about 20mins to the top. Amazing views. When you get to the peak keep going East a bit more down to the best view of hotel lake and mount Daniel. We talked to some locals the day before who told us instead of going back down the original trail, keep walking south-west towards the island and you will see a trail that goes down the south side of the mountain. Do it! Ocean views the whole way, and no more difficult than coming down the original way. We popped out on Irvine’s landing road and 15min walk along the water...
