I don't normally write reviews, but Home Goods Furniture was so outstanding that I feel like I need to encourage everyone to shop here. We recently moved to the area and had no living room furniture. We had ordered furniture from another chain store with the expectation it would be delivered on the day we moved into our new home. When that furniture got delayed we called Home Goods to see if they had any sofas or sectionals in stock. Jordan was AMAZING. He directed us to everything they had, found us the perfect sofa and we had delivery set for 4 days later. My friend bought one of those assistive recliners for her ailing husband, he tried it out once and then was admitted to hospital the next day and subsequently passed away. We went to the store to return the chair and the manager outright refused and the staff denied the return policy on their website. I also purchased a couch and because of COVID they called me to say they couldn’t bring in the exact couch because it would cost too much to ship, they sold us a cheaper model, neither me or my husband weigh more than 160 the couch caved in less than a year it was a cheap piece of junk.
